What Equipment Does Our Toronto Yoga Studio Provide?

Proper support anchors our classes and prevents ligament strain. For maximum safety, our Toronto facility supplies thick yoga mats, cotton blankets, and ergonomic bolsters. We also integrate rhythm-based breathing into a class when appropriate. We want you to be able to just focus on yourself and let us take care of all the rest for you, so don’t worry if you forget anything.
