Before Your Appointment
The whole 3D/4D ultrasound session is about you and your baby. Our team at A Date With Baby 3D Ultrasound will do their best for you to be comfortable and to get the best images possible. However, there are a few things you can do to help us with that.
You can also check out our guide if you know more about the time the best time for a 3D ultrasound scan.

Know Your Baby's Sleep Times
Please book your appointment at the best time that you think that your baby would be awake and active. Sleep patterns develop after weeks 19, and we would not want wake them up too rudely. You may drink orange juice or have a little chocolate to try to walk your baby up. Walking also usually helps, but if there is anything else that you find helps to keep the baby awake, please try that, so that they strike their best poses for us!

Stay Hydrated
For pregnancies over 18 weeks we do not require a full bladder, which means you can watch your baby in full comfort! For those who visit us prior to 18th week, please ensure that your bladder is full.
